The office chair is the basis of a comfortable workstation and Astro redefines ergonomics and workplace aesthetics. A characteristic element of its construction is the torsion bar. The swivel seat with height adjustment mechanism and castor base makes it easy to move around the desk and stand up. On the other hand, the mesh backrest and built-in lumbar support provide ergonomic back support and air circulation, ensuring comfort throughout the working day. Astro allows you to adapt to your needs and preferences and promotes a dynamic sitting position.

Productkenmerken

The tilt mechanism with the torsion bar causes the seat and backrest to move simultaneously, maintaining an ergonomic angle between the user's legs and torso;
The torsion bar springs back, so it returns to its initial position spontaneously. Manufactured in the .mdd factory, it has no negative impact on the environment;
Ergonomic backrest is finished with mesh and has lumbar support, so it breathes and provides full back support;
The seat height adjustment mechanism and swivel base with castors allow the chair to adapt to the user's needs, enabling a dynamic sitting position and making it easier to stand up;
Headrest adjustable in the vertical direction (up and down), allowing you to rest your head comfortably while working; it can be installed without any screws or fittings;

Andreas Krob & Joachim Brüske

Andreas Krob, b4K: Na te hebben gewerkt als in dienst zijnde ontwerper, r+d manager voor Haworth, opende hij in 2003 Bureau4Dimensions Krob. Het studio richt zich op innovatieve projecten op het gebied van ontwerp en architectuur. Hij ontwikkelde meubels en oplossingen die gekenmerkt worden door uniciteit, en ook door stijl die in de loop der jaren is gekweekt. Het bedrijf besteedt speciale aandacht aan aspecten zoals: de manier van functioneren in een ruimte, kwaliteit en ergonomie. Elk element wordt gemaakt met begrip van zijn functie en betekenis. b4K werkt samen met toonaangevende wereldwijd opererende bedrijven die meubels van hoge kwaliteit vervaardigen. Joachim Brüske, ing-B: Apparaatontwerp en productontwikkeling zijn de kern van ing-B. Het kantoor werd opgericht in december 2003 als een eenmanszaak in Berlijn. Voordat hij het bedrijf oprichtte, werd hij opgeleid als industrieel monteur en studeerde hij precisietechniek en elektronische apparaattechnologie. Hij heeft ook meerdere jaren professionele ervaring opgedaan als ingenieur in verschillende ontwikkelingsafdelingen. Dankzij de talrijke projecten waar hij in verschillende industrieën aan heeft gewerkt, heeft hij nu uitgebreide expertise op het gebied van het ontwerpen van onderdelen en samenstellingen voor productie en montage.
