How long is the power cable?

The length of the cable is 3 m.

How to use various functions of the desk’s control panel?

Below you can find video instructions for the most common functions of the PRO control panel:

What should I do if the desk rises unevenly?

Check if the control panel is installed correctly and correct its installation if needed. You can check how to correctly install the panel in the assembly manuals: Assembly manuals single motor frame

What should I do if the control panel does not work properly?

If the control panel does not work as it should, check the error code and apply appropriate solution. Most common errors are:

E05 – displays if the table/desk is blocked. Make sure that the desk/table is not blocked by any obstacle and that the control panel is fixed correctly. Correct the mounting of the control panel if necessary. Release the button and reset the desk;

The desk is raising or lowering on its own, what should I do?

An arbitrary rise or fall of a tabletop can occur when too many other devices are connected to the same power supply as the desk. Overloading the power supply can cause short circuits and thus arbitrary movements of the tabletop. To avoid this, do not connect too many devices to the power supply unit to which your desk is connected.

What should I do if there is oil leaking from the frame?

There are friction points in the desk’s legs which are lubricated with oil during initial assembly at the factory. This ensures that they function properly. Leakage can occur if too much oil has been applied. It is sufficient to wipe off the dripping excess with a cloth. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Service to replace the frame.

What does a sound coming from the legs or controller when the desk is stationary mean?

A sound coming from the desk when it is not in the process of raising/lowering the desk top probably means that the electrical components (motor, controller or control panel) of the desk are overloaded. If there are lifts or photovoltaic systems installed in the building, these can affect the electrical system of the desk and cause it to sound. In a situation when a desk makes a self-contained sound:

a. sure that the correct control panel is connected to the model of your desk;

b. make sure that the voltage in the socket to which the desk is connected is appropriate (it should not exceed +/- 40V from the nominal voltage, i.e. 110V for a single-motor desk);

c.check that the electrical components of the desk (motor, controller, control panel) are not damaged or worn out.

If all these items are correct and the problem persists, contact our Customer Service:

a. if the order included assembly our assembly team will arrive to replace the faulty part;

b. if the order did not include assembly, Customer Service will send a dispatch with instructions on how to replace the part - an assembly service is available for an additional charge;

c. if, after replacing the faulty part with a new one, the above-mentioned problem persists, it is possible to have the entire desk checked at the factory by our fitters. If the desk is checked and found to be free of defects, the customer shall bear the transport costs (collection and re-dispatch).
