Maria Jeglińska-Adamczewska è nata nel 1983 a Fontainebleau, in Francia. Nel 2012 ha fondato il proprio studio, l'Office for Design & Research (Ufficio di progettazione e ricerca). La sua attività comprende il design industriale (mobili, illuminazione, oggetti di uso quotidiano), progetti di ricerca e mostre. Tra i suoi clienti figurano: Ligne Roset, Kvadrat, Plato, Trame, Vitra, Hermès, St. Etienne Design Biennale, London Design Festival, Istituto Adam Mickiewicz, Museo d'Arte Moderna di Varsavia.
Ha partecipato a numerose mostre in Polonia e all'estero, tra cui al Design Museum, al Centre Pompidou Metz, alla Villa Noailles, alla Aram gallery e alla Triennale di Milano. Nel 2012 è stata curatrice della mostra “Punkty Widzenia / Punkty Siedzenia” (Punti di vista / Punti di seduta) presentata nell'ambito del programma principale del Łódz Design Festival. Nel 2016 è stata co-curatrice e designer del padiglione polacco alla London Design Biennale. Tra il 2018 e il 2020 ha ricoperto il ruolo di direttore creativo della fiera ARENA DESIGN a Poznań.
