Take a journey through the waves of the brain and the rhythms of the day
INDEX Saudi Arabia is a leading industry event that brings together interior designers, architects and interested buyers with the best brands, products and solutions in the field of interior design. This year's edition will take place on 9-11 September in Riyadh. The fair will be open to visitors from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
At the fair, we will present a unique stand combining design, science and the daily rhythms of our brain, designed by the Roar studio. The design reflects the natural waves of human brain activity throughout the day, from intense concentration in the morning to relaxation in the evening, and our furniture has been used as a tool to support our emotions and way of working.

In harmony with circadian rhythms
Throughout the day, our emotions fluctuate between different frequencies, ranging from morning alertness to midday reflection to evening fatigue (or heightened alertness, e.g. due to sugar). These emotions determine how we feel, think and behave. In the future, the design of offices and workplaces will not only be about creating spaces that look good, but also ones where users will feel good because they are designed in harmony with the natural rhythm of emotions.
The frequencies at which our mind works during the day include waves:
- alpha, 13-40 Hz, conducive to the flow of ideas, light concentration and social interactions,
- theta, 7-13 Hz, conducive to relaxation and morning clarity of thought,
- beta, 4-7 Hz, conducive to problem solving and productivity,
- gamma, 31-100 Hz, conducive to strategic thinking and empathy.

This idea is reflected in the design of our stand. It is not only a product exhibition space, but also a ‘spatial frequency tuner’, an emotional landscape designed to help our minds transition smoothly between different waves. The designers used light, acoustics, colour and form to appeal to all the senses and support these natural rhythms – from zones full of energy to places of calm.
Emotional frequency zones
Our stand presents a ‘day in the life of the mind’, showing how the working environment can be adapted to the rhythms of brain activity.

Arrival (9:00), gentle light, soft materials and semi-enclosed forms help you start your day calmly and without excessive stimuli, synchronising with the morning alpha waves that promote clarity and tranquillity.
Monk Mode (10:00), acoustic cocoons where it is easy to achieve full concentration, thanks to the harmony with beta waves, which support concentration and analytical thinking.
Snack-Driven Loyalty Hub (12:30), a central zone for hospitality and social rituals: coffee, snacks, chats, together stimulating oxytocin production and increasing energy.
Productivity Theatre (14:00), a flexible, technology-supported space for meetings and presentations, adapted to varying levels of concentration, balancing between alpha and beta waves.
Strategic Thinking Zone (16:00), a place for calm, reflection and conceptual work, conducive to gamma wave activity associated with intuition and forward thinking.
Posture Playground (17:30), a regeneration zone, equipped with soft seating, informal.
Inclusive Anti-Zones
Activity zones complement spaces designed somewhat contrary to office standards, appealing to all the senses.

Anti-Wellness Lounge, where instead of perfect (often forced) harmony, you will find a space for relaxation and reflection, soft furniture and calm colours.
Anti-Collab Booths, acoustic booths where you can work alone and concentrate without having to interact.
Anti-Corner Office, a reinterpreted manager's office that communicates authority through a sense of calm, not distance.
The stand as an experience
The designers from the Roar studio have made our stand at the Index Saudi Arabia fair not just an exhibition, but an experience. You will see that the future of workplaces is not only about ergonomics and technology, but also about emotions, the natural rhythm of activity and neuro-inclusivity. It is a space that teaches us that design affects our well-being and productivity. Come and see how neuroscience-inspired design can change the way we work, relax and build relationships.

At our stand, we will of course be presenting our most popular furniture models, designed by Yonoh Studio, Krystian Kowalski, Dirk Winkel, Christopher Nobles, Form Us With Love studio, Alejandro Valdes, Maria Jeglińska-Adamczewska and Arthur Gentil, among others. Below you will find a gallery of products that we plan to showcase at our stand.
