Women's employment in .mdd
In the European market, women make up around 50% of the total workforce and occupy roughly 30% of management positions. We are proud to say that the statistics for our team are similar and trend upward. Based on the changes of the last few years, the future looks promising.
- In 2018, 39% of our employees were female and that number grew to 45% in 2023.
- During this time, the number of female employees has increased by 107% (from 202 to 419).
- 1/3 of management positions are held by women.

Challenges and opportunities for women in the job market
Women still face many challenges in the job market, such as dated stereotypes or difficulties in combining work and private life.
