What are the payment options?

The following payment methods can be selected on the checkout page:

  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard
  • MasterCard Electronic
  • Maestro - bank transfer
  • Bank transfer to the account number indicated in the order confirmation email.

What are the delivery options?

Depending on the delivery country, the customer may select one of the following delivery options:

  • EXW – self-collection from the Seller’s headquarters,
  • Standard delivery – standard curbside delivery,
  • Delivery + assembly – full shipping service with carry-in service and assembly of the products.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery country. The estimated delivery time for the selected region is displayed on the product page. More detailed information will be provided by the Customer Service Department after placing the order.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is determined at the final step of the checkout process. The expense is calculated based on the total of the order and the delivery country.

Is VAT tax included?

The prices on the website are given in both net and gross. VAT rates are calculated depending on the country and the customer's tax status in accordance with tax law.

Can the purchased products be returned?

A natural person (as well as entrepreneurs running a sole proprietorship, provided that the concluded agreement is not of a professional nature) hold the right to a 14 days withdrawal period without stating the reason. The desire to withdraw should be sent to the Customer Service Department at info@mdd.eu or via post to the Vendor’s headquarters (Koronowska 22, 89-400, Sępólno Krajeńskie, Poland). It is optional to fill in the Cancellation Form. The Customer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from withdrawing the Sales Agreement to the address indicated by the Vendor: .mdd sp. z o.o. Koronowska 22, 89-400 Sępólno Krajeńskie, Poland. The cost of the delivery to the Vendor’s headquarters shall be borne by the Customer. Within 14 days from withdrawing, the Vendor shall return the total of the purchase order to the Customer including the costs of the cheapest available shipping in the same form as the initial payment processed by the Customer. The products are eligible for return only while undamaged and complete. The return or exchange of non-standard or custom products made according to the Customer’s specification is not allowed. In case of the goods arriving damaged or incomplete the Vendor follows the suitable points of the Warranty section stated in Terms of Use.

Is the assembly service included?

The assembly service is not included, but the packaging contains an assembly manual for each product. Assembly can be purchased as an optional service in the last step of the checkout process.

What is the warranty period?

All .mdd products are under warranty lasting 5 years, excluding fabrics and electric parts, which hold a limited warranty period of 2 years.

Does delivery include carry-in service?

The carry-in service extends to all countries eligible for .mdd assembly regardless of the chosen delivery option.

Can the order be modified once it is placed?

Once the order is placed, paid for, and confirmed that it is accepted to realization by .mdd, it cannot be altered.

Can the shipping date be altered?

.mdd reserves the right to maintain the initially stated date and hour of the delivery provided via the delivery notification sent by the Logistics department.

What to do with a damaged delivery?

The packaging of the delivered goods should always be inspected in the presence of the carrier. All damages should be immediately reported and stated on the delivery documents. Kindly take pictures of any fractured boxes and/or damaged goods as well as their labels. The taken pictures and a description of the damages, should be sent to the Customer Service Department which will instruct further steps and possible resolutions.

How to resolve the credit card payment issues?

Upon receiving errors while in the process of authorizing payment, kindly check for the following issues that might have occurred:

  • check your credit card limit for a single day
  • check your credit card limit for a single transaction
  • check if the correct credit card details were provided
  • contact your bank to check for possible maintenance breaks

Are there any other colours available rather than those provided in the online configurator?

.mdd products offer a variety of customization options. For more details, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@mdd.eu.

How accurate are the colours displayed in the online configurator?

Our team ensured that the colours displayed in the configurator are as accurate as possible, yet the technological differences between various devices used to view the configurator may cause a colour distortion in terms of saturation, warmth etc. Therefore, we strongly advise to order the swatches that will help to determine the actual shade of the selected colour.
