Depending on the user’s needs the pod can become a large phone booth or a meeting place of 2-4 people. It’s a space dedicated to quiet work, important conversations and brainstorming. Lighting and quiet ventilation system ensure optimal working conditions, while eliminated floor facilities cable management and system configuration. The Hako Meeting pod ensures boosted concentration and privacy of discussions; it’s an alternative to conference and meeting rooms.

The booth’s construction is based on a steel frame. Both glass and upholstered walls are fitted into it. The upholstered walls are filled with insulating material.

The electrical connection is located in the ceiling. The booth can be connected by pulling the cables from the floor to the ceiling, or by pulling the cable from the floor or the walls, using a zipped grommet located in the bottom part of each upholstered wall. The grommet allows the cables to be pulled through the wall and to access the opening C-shaped cut-out.

The Hako booths are packaged in secure crates and their individual elements are fixed on wooden hangers. All panels are carefully secured with foil.
