Electrical height adjustment system allows the desk to fit to individual needs of the user and specifics of their work. It is also possible to work in the sit/stand pattern, thus to relive the spine without leaving one’s tasks. Thanks to that, one work station can easily be used by a few people. Universal form of Ogi Drive desks suits offices with various organisation systems: with designated individual places, coworks and spaces using the hot-desk structure.

A desk raised to the highest position will not be as stable as in the lowest position due to the telescopic design of its frame. This design allows the tabletop to move up and down. To be able to safely raise the top to its maximum height, place the desk on a flat surface during initial assembly. If necessary, adjust the position of the desk using the levelling feet, which are adjustable within 5 mm.
An arbitrary rise or fall of a tabletop can occur when too many other devices are connected to the same power supply as the desk. Overloading the power supply can cause short circuits and thus arbitrary movements of the tabletop. To avoid this, do not connect too many devices to the power supply unit to which your desk is connected.
There are friction points in the desk’s legs which are lubricated with oil during initial assembly at the factory. This ensures that they function properly. Leakage can occur if too much oil has been applied. It is sufficient to wipe off the dripping excess with a cloth. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Service to replace the frame.
A sound coming from the desk when it is not in the process of raising/lowering the desk top probably means that the electrical components (motor, controller or control panel) of the desk are overloaded. If there are lifts or photovoltaic systems installed in the building, these can affect the electrical system of the desk and cause it to sound. In a situation when a desk makes a self-contained sound:
a. sure that the correct control panel is connected to the model of your desk;
b. make sure that the voltage in the socket to which the desk is connected is appropriate (it should not exceed +/- 40V from the nominal voltage, i.e. 230V for a twin-motor desk);
c.check that the electrical components of the desk (motor, controller, control panel) are not damaged or worn out.
If all these items are correct and the problem persists, contact our Customer Service:
a. if the order included assembly our assembly team will arrive to replace the faulty part;
b. if the order did not include assembly, Customer Service will send a dispatch with instructions on how to replace the part - an assembly service is available for an additional charge;
c. if, after replacing the faulty part with a new one, the above-mentioned problem persists, it is possible to have the entire desk checked at the factory by our fitters. If the desk is checked and found to be free of defects, the customer shall bear the transport costs (collection and re-dispatch).
