Lotus, the new and modern seating created by Yonoh Studio, is the perfect combination of comfort, style and sustainability. Crafted with precision, it is designed to effortlessly adapt to the user's needs.

Tailoring a sofa to the exact desires and needs of the user is now easier than ever. They can configure different parts and modules: the armrest style or the lack of them and the width of the seating are customisable, thus providing countless options, including a longer module – chaise lounge – perfect for the living room. With a wide array of upholstery options, there will always be fabric – possibly also recycled and recyclable – that complements the space perfectly. Lotus will create comfortable and cosy lounge areas for residential interiors as well as offices and public spaces.

Product features

The deepest and softest sofa in the .mdd range, perfect for longer relaxation, especially at home, but also in office and public spaces;
The springs make the seat exceptionally soft and flexible and prevent deformation when sitting;
A mixture of silicone and cut polyurethane foam ensures that the backrest is both soft and fluffy and has sufficient volume and springiness;
The armrests are available in two versions: narrow, providing comfortable seating even when space is limited, and wide, providing a soft support point for the user's forearms. Their angle refers to the natural curvature of the body and, together with the cushion, provides a comfortable point of support when sitting sideways;
The backrest has been designed not only to provide support for the spine, but also to act as a headrest thanks to its appropriate height and width;
Movable backrest cushions make it easy to keep the chair clean;
The wide module – chaise lounge – was designed to provide a comfortable relaxation space for 1 or 2 people;
High (15 cm) slim legs allow cleaning devices to access the space under the seat, thus making it easier to keep the floor clean.

Yonoh’s work has distinguished itself, over the years, by the progressive improvement of its personal voice. They have rarely flirted excessively with an aesthetic trend. Over time, Yonoh has made its way with fine and elegant work, resolved flawlessly. And they have achieved this by working for companies from other circuits that are less interested in spreading and more interested in contributing, achieving a perfect balance between their own voice and the style of the firm. Many are from the Mediterranean area. Others from more northern latitudes. And it is not surprising, because the main features that, in general, could be assigned to their style, have a lot of contemporary Scandinavian character: elegance, warmth, harmony, functionality and a refined design. But, at the same time, it’s a style with an important amount of Mediterranean codes, due to its meticulous details, color and ingenuity. A very Yonoh fusion. Seen as a whole, the work that they’ve done so far reflects a very personal character and path, which shows Clara and Álex’s determination to be a studio with an honest stamp of their own.
