  • How should I look after and clean my furniture?

Guidelines on how to look after your furniture can be found on the page: Proper furniture care

Can I create my own Locker configuration and arrange them as I wish?

Locker units are designed so that they can be placed end-to-end to create any configuration. You can create your own Locker module using the 3D configurator available on the product page: Custom configuration

    How do Locker locks work?

All information regarding the operation of Locker locks is available in the product assembly instructions: Assembly instructions

What should I do if I cannot open a new Locker with a combination lock

Combination locks are factory-set to the code 0000 or 9999. If the locker does not open: Check the first digit of the code – set it to 1, then 9, trying to open the locker each time. Then check the last digit in the same way – set it to 1 and then 9 in turn, checking each time whether the locker opens. We also recommend purchasing a Master Key, which allows you to read/retrieve a forgotten code if you cannot remember the setting.

What is a Master Key and where can I order one?

A Master Key is a universal key that retrieves the programmed code if the user forgets it. It can be ordered via our customer service (relevant to your country).

What should you do if a user forgets the code for a locker with an electronic code lock?

In this situation, you should retrieve the forgotten code using the Master key.

The electronic lock is not responding – it does not open even though the correct code has been entered.

This may be caused by worn-out or flat batteries, which need to be replaced with new ones. Instructions for replacing the batteries are provided in the Assembly instructions.

Can Locker cabinets with numbered compartments be ordered?

Customers must order the numbers themselves. We do not offer cabinets with pre-assigned numbers.
