• How long is the power cable?

  How many people are required to assemble the reception desk?

  Two people are needed for the assembly.

  
  

  Can I configure a different layout of the reception desk that the ones suggested in the configurator?

  Yes. You can build your own reception desk from the modular elements in pCon Planner. It should then be imported to Linx or sent to our Customer Service, if you want to order the created configuration. You can also ask our Customer Service to create a specified configuration and place an order for you.

  
  

  Can I freely add or exchange modular elements of my reception desk?

  No, please contact our Customer Service. The reception desks are assembled before delivery to check that all parts fit together. There is no guarantee that additional elements will fit correctly. Some parts, such as legs, side panels and worktops, can be freely exchanged, but separate modules require Customer Service support.

  
  

  What are the colour and temperature of the LED light?

  As standard, the colour of the LED is cold white, verging on the blue shade.

  
  

  Can I order a reception desk with other than standard LED light, e.g. RGB or warm white?

  Yes. Please contact our Customer Service to have such configuration quoted.

  
  

  How long is the power cable of the LED strip?

  The power supply of the LED strip is connected to a 2000 mm HAFELE power cable.

  
  

  What shall I do when the LED light does not turn on?

  There could be several causes for this problem: faulty LED strip, faulty cable, faulty power supply. If the LED light does not turn on, check all these elements and contact Customer Service.

  
  

  Can I replace the LED strip in my reception desks if, for example, it stops working?

  Yes, LED strips can be replaced with new ones, but they must be of the same specification as those originally fitted. To replace the LED strip in Valde reception desk, simply remove the old strip and attach the new one. Put the cables through the hole in the construction and connect them to the power cube.

  
  

  What is the warranty period for the LED strip?

  The warranty period for the LED lights is 2 years. During this time, the strip can be replaced with a new one under a claim. After the warranty period, the customer has to order the new LED strip (with the same technical specification) on their own.

  
  

  What shall I do if the strip covering the cables is loose?

  The strip is attached with Velcro, so it is enough to just press it down and tighten. If the strip has fallen off, please contact Customer Service.

  
  

  It is possible that the fronts of my reception desk do not fit perfectly?

  Yes, in some cases the individual fronts of the reception desk may not fit perfectly. Each reception desk is pre-assembled in our factory on a flat surface. Uneven floor at the destination may affect the final fit of the pieces. If this is the case, we suggest correcting the assembly (for floor unevenness up to 5 mm) or levelling the floor to ensure optimal appearance and stability of the reception desk.
